Who am I and why work with me? While I have gone through multiple trainings and studies, my greatest teacher is life itself. A life where my bubble suddenly burst, old belief systems shattered, and I learned to walk again like a baby. In other words, I had no choice but to let go of who I thought I was, and embrace who I am.

I don’t claim to know anything. Nor am I here to fix you. The deepest illusion we have is thinking there is something wrong with us in the first place. I am here to sit with you and listen. I am here to mirror what you already know. To help you connect to the part of you that knows how to heal. We can call this part: intuition, gut feeling, the Self (capital S), “Loving Awareness” as coined by Ram Dass, or “Inner Healing Intelligence” by Stan Grof.

The goal, if any, is not to add but instead become aware of and ultimately dissolve or transcend what’s getting in the way. To see beyond our veil of illusion. Is it possible to reach a point where we can replace expectation with gratitude, see obstacles as opportunity, and recognize suffering as grace?

So here we are as fellow souls, walking each other home. Let it be so that this is the vehicle for us to be together in this cosmic field.

“I help people as a way to work on myself, and I work on myself to help people” — Ram Dass
