Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy
This is where my passion lies. I honor the Indigenous roots of the psychedelic movement and hold deep respect and reverence for these sacred medicines. One psychedelic experience generally requires about 15-20 hours of work together and includes screening, intake, preparation, and integration.

Trauma Informed Therapy
I primarily employ Compassionate Inquiry, a psychotherapeutic and body-centered approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. In other words, I help shine light on the root cause(s) of our present-day struggles. I only offer brief-term therapy at the moment, typically spanning between 3-5 sessions.
The Hero’s Journey
Feeling stuck or unsure of what your next step in life is? Perhaps you know what to do but aren’t doing it? Then this is for you. A one-on-one package of 10 sessions that helps invite awareness around your purpose, passion, and calling inside (or outside) of yourself. Here we will explore any doubts, any barriers, and any obstacles that are potentially getting in the way of you realizing your most authentic self. Available on a limited basis.
